The latest patch also introduced Runewords and 'enchants' to Marvel Heroes. Lucky my Enchanter was already at Level 19 since they had released him early to give everyone a chance to level him up early. So just a bit more of farming to do, before he was Level 20 also.
They boosted the Item Find during the weekend so had a great chance for farming many runes. Didn't manage to get some of the rarer ones. Apparently, the rarer ones have better drop rates on their 'selected' days of the week.
Managed to get my first "Enchant".
The "Enchants" enable you to add certain affixes to each of the 5 Item Slots. Considering my Colossus plays around with a lot of Area powers, I decided to beef it up a little.
I had plenty of runes drops so managed to trade some of the extras for ones I needed and I also went for my first Runeword before the weekend eneded.
It was a tough choice, with so many possibilities.. but since I don't have the rarer ones, I chose this.
The description alone was enough for me. Fits Colossus perfectly!
Colossus damaging his enemies so badly that he leaves broken bones sounds legit to me. The increased attack speed was also nice as it's pretty slow right now. A pity that the +1 Strength was a waste as my Colossus was already at max Strength.
Might re-consider getting a new Runeword when I have access to the rarer Runes but I'm more than happy with this at the moment. Gonna have fun breaking bones in the mean-time!
